Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and MPO808 (hereinafter "MPO808", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at mpo808.lat.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the MPO808 platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the MPO808 platform.

Definitions

• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary operating currency of the platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds and winnings in a Player's Account, excluding Bonus Balance.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, payment, promotional, and support services provided by MPO808.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on MPO808, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party;
• You have not previously had an account on the MPO808 platform that was terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not aware of any problem gambling issues that would make participation in gambling services inappropriate for you at this time.

MPO808 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, without prior notice and without liability.

Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the MPO808 platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are obliged to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

MPO808 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, or at any time we deem verification necessary to comply with our anti-money laundering obligations. KYC verification may require you to provide:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad, passport);
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested to verify the source of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted via your account whilst logged in will be your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

Terms of Use

By using the MPO808 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
• Access the platform using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or other non-human means;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or algorithms of the platform;
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data through the platform;
• Engage in any activity designed to disrupt, degrade, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform;
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content available on the platform without prior written consent;
• Use the platform in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited under applicable law.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

MPO808 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20 network), and BNB.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. MPO808 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit or to a verified bank account held in the Player's name. MPO808 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

Processing times are indicative and may vary: e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers typically within one to three business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals within one to four hours subject to network conditions.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the MPO808 platform are conducted in MYR unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposit values are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction as determined by the platform.

Bonuses & Promotions

MPO808 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have completed account registration;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device;
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Where a Player has an active Bonus Balance, Real Money Balance is typically wagered first unless otherwise specified;
• MPO808 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of system errors, or in breach of these Terms will be forfeited in its entirety.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the MPO808 platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant product or sport. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the platform and a confirmation reference has been issued;
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, unless the platform expressly permits such action;
• MPO808 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of match manipulation;
• In the event of a system error or technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a bet or its settlement, MPO808 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and may vary by market, event, and account status;
• Winnings will be credited to the Player's Real Money Balance upon settlement of the relevant event.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of the MPO808 platform depends on fair participation by all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of any software, algorithm, or automated system designed to identify exploitable patterns or to place bets without manual input;
• Exploiting software errors, display faults, or miscalculations in game results or odds;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits to evade AML monitoring thresholds;
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to access or operate an account;
• Placing bets with inside knowledge of event outcomes;
• Any conduct that MPO808 reasonably considers to constitute cheating, fraud, or an attempt to defraud the platform or other Players.

MPO808 employs risk management tools and transaction monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where investigations are ongoing, MPO808 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a Player's account and funds until the investigation is concluded.

Intellectual Property

All content on the MPO808 platform — including but not limited to the MPO808 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and game content — is the intellectual property of MPO808 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from MPO808.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MPO808 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

Account Suspension & Closure

MPO808 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation requiring account closure;
• Reasonable belief that a Player is accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• At the Player's own request, including for responsible gambling self-exclusion purposes.

Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method after all outstanding wagering requirements and investigations are resolved.
